Sarah specialises in designing creative and inspiring ways to engage people with relevant ideas. With extensive experience of the visual arts, she has combined a career as a professional artist together with ones in art and design consultancy, art criticism, academia and the production of creative projects. She holds an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art, co-ordinates a programme there and lectures in Fine Art at several UK universities.
Sam has a design and design management background with particular expertise on connecting insights on the emotive customer experience back into creative commercial propositions. He’s managed projects in the UK, Europe and Asia for numerous blue chip clients during an agency career of over 15 years. Sam is also a senior tutor at the Royal College of Art and a juror on the iF Design Award.
Amanda helps clients think differently. An engagement specialist with over 10 years experience working with public and private sector clients, her work spans designing programmes, developing digital products, and delivering tools, formats and platforms for innovation. Trained as a designer and with a background in consumer insight, Amanda is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of The Courvoisier Future 500.
